The time commitment for a hypnotherapy session varies depending on the type of session:
Clinical Hypnotherapy: The total time commitment, including the interview, session, and debrief, is approximately 1.5-2 hours.
Past Life/Childhood Regressions: These sessions typically take a bit longer, with a total time commitment of approximately 2-2.5 hours.
Couples Regression: Similar to individual regressions, these sessions also require a time commitment of approximately 2-2.5 hours.
Group Hypnotherapy Session: These virtual sessions focus on one specific topic and last approximately 60 minutes.

Is it safe?
Yes, transpersonal hypnotherapy is safe when practiced by a qualified and experienced practitioner. You remain in control throughout the session and can choose to emerge from the hypnotic state at any time. It's important to discuss any concerns or medical conditions with me before your session. That’s why you will be provided with an intake form to disclose certain conditions, whereby a referral letter from a doctor may be necessary before your session.
